Achieving your aesthetic goals is a partnership. To maximise the effectiveness of your treatment and ensure a seamless recovery, we have outlined our core safety protocols below. Please review these instructions carefully ahead of your appointment.

General Treatment Instructions

Do not schedule important meetings or social activities immediately following your procedure. It is best to schedule treatments at least two weeks prior to major events.
If you exercise daily, please do so before your appointment. Avoid any vigorous exercise for 24 hours after treatment.
Do not consume aspirin, alcohol, NSAIDs (like Ibuprofen), Vitamin E, Ginkgo Biloba, Omega-3 supplements, or St. John’s Wort for 10 days prior to treatment to minimize bruising.
If you have a history of cold sores and are having a lip treatment, prophylactic antiviral therapies are highly recommended.
Avoid vaping, smoking, or using nicotine products 48 hours prior to treatment and for seven days following your procedure.
Please arrive at the clinic with clean skin, free of makeup or heavy skincare products.

Anti-Wrinkle & Dermal Filler Care

Schedule your appointment at least two weeks before any major events.
Please reschedule your appointment if you currently have a rash, active breakout, or cold sore in the treatment area.
You may take Arnica or Bromelain supplements four days prior to injections to help minimise potential bruising and swelling.

Post-Treatment

Avoid heavy lifting, vigorous exercise, and saunas or steam rooms for 48 hours after treatment.
Avoid excessive alcohol intake for 24 hours to minimise the risk of bruising.
Avoid any other facial treatments, such as facials or massages, for at least two weeks.
Apply a cool compress for 5–15 minutes every hour if any swelling occurs.
Results for Neuromodulators (Botox) typically take 3 to 7 days to appear, with maximum results visible at 2 weeks.
If you experience severe or persistent pain, unusual skin temperature changes, redness, skin colour changes, excessive bruising, or any other concerning symptoms, contact the clinic immediately.
You may resume applying sunscreen and retinoid products 24 hours after your treatment.
